It’s felt like winter has dragged on this year, but slowly the days are getting warmer and longer, and late April offers the perfect chance to capture your family amongst the dappled light of the woods as the striking bluebells come out in bloom. Why not create some beautiful memories this year… It really is a once in a year opportunity!
About our Bluebell shoots
The bluebell mini photoshoot takes place in a picturesque small bluebell wood in Ware, Hertfordshire. The package lasts 30 minutes and offers 5 fully edited photos via an online gallery, all for only £55.
Where?
The photoshoot will take place in a small wooded area on the outskirts of Ware in Hertfordshire
When?
Bluebell shoots this year are on two dates, Sunday 21st April or Sunday 28th April 2024. A backup date will be provided when booking in case of bad weather.
Who are the sessions for?
A bluebell photoshoot is perfect for family and children. Before the session we’ll discuss what kind of shots you’d like and we’ll base the shoot around that to ensure you get the photos you want. Generally they work best with a maximum of 5 people per session.
What should I wear for my bluebell photoshoot?
They’ll be your photos so you can wear whatever you like and are comfortable in! However, the photos will work best if bold patterns and logos are avoided and complimentary colours are used. Some examples of colours that work well with bluebell photos are neutrals and pastel shades such as whites, creams, dusky pinks and shades of blue.
We all know the weather can be tricky at this time of year so if possible bring a few options for footwear as the woods can be a bit muddy in places.
How Do I Book?
There is limited availability due to the bluebells only being in bloom for a couple of weeks a year. To secure your place you can book right here to select your preferred time slot. I can’t wait to take some stunning photos amongst the bluebells with you.
